Golden globes best and worst !

SoTonight marked a pretty official start of award season!! Which marks my first official best dressed list of the year!! Yay!! Of course there are always losers-- here goes !!

BEST:

Jessica Lawrence in Christian Dior couture 

I love this !! White always comes across as bridal on the carpet , but I think the subtle black detail saved it -- I love how feminine and soft she looks -- such a juxtaposition with her boyish hair-- but it works! ( for me ). Bravo!   

Sophia Vergara in Zac Posen 

Sophia always sparkles ! But I'm so over her tired mermaid silhouette choices that she gets best dressed for finally wearing something else!!  She looks GORGEOUS!  The styling is perfection as well! Out with the old and in with the new hooray ! 

Olivia Wilde in Gucci 

Omg cutest ever!! So baby bump glam ! This dress is a beauty, obvi -- but what makes it even more stunning is how Olivia is glowing in it.  This is the way to do pregnant on the red carpet -- own it!  Rock it and look better than everyone else in the process ! Yay moms! 

WORST!! 

Zoe Saldana in Prabal Gurong

Ehhhh a lot of women did the ankle / tea length thing tonight and I just don't think it's formal enough -- I know it's quite the trend but in this setting I enjoy a classic gown.  This is just too lingerie esque and it ain't  working ! 

Rashida Jones in Fausto Puglisi

OMG-  this looks like a frock decorated with palm trees and/ or/ hopefully not marijuana! Tommy Bahama meets Rasta meets Prom --YUCK!! 

Paula Patton in Stephanie Rolland 

It literally looks like she got toilet papered on her whole right side!  Too much ruffle for SURE!!! Missed the glam mark
